Kintsugi: Embodied Story Collective Membership

Navigate is an educational program where participants learn to cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of identity, style of relating, boundaries, relationships,

and self-care.

Learn how your personal story impacts relational health in the “here and now” of life and find new ways of showing up for self and others in healthy and more meaningful ways.

Group is based on concepts explored in the book Gifts from a Challenging Childhood: Creating a practice for becoming your healthiest self by Jan Bergstrom and curated resources on attachment, interpersonal dynamics, and other materials developed by Sharon.

Participant fee: $300

*partial scholarships are available to those interested in participating but who may be unable to afford the full fee.
